Extended Returns
We know that Sosandar is the ideal place to buy that ‘just right’ Christmas gift. We give you the confidence to order items from us from in case they need to be returned with our extended return guarantee. Rather than the usual 14 days return period, orders placed from Monday, November 4th th up to December 26th th can be returned up to January 10th. Orders placed after December 26thth will be subject to our standard returns policy of 14 days .
Refunds
Please note due to warehouse closures , refunds may take 72 hours longer than usual over the Christmas and New Year period.
Warehouse Closures
Our warehouse will be closed for Christmas from 8pm on Monday 23rd of December rd and will re-open on December 27thth. Orders placed between these times will be dispatched for delivery by December 30th. It will also be closed on New Year’s Eve and New Year's Day, with orders placed on standard delivery after 8pm on Friday December 27th being dispatched for delivery on January 2nd. Please consider this when placing your order.
