Sosandar refunds
We understand that sometimes you will need to return your product. Once you have returned the item, we’ll start the process for issuing your refund.
How long will my refund take?
UK returns using our paperless return process with Royal Mail can take up to 7 days from the point you drop your item off to the item being delivered to our warehouse.
International returns may take longer depending on where items are being returned from.
Once received, we will need to check the item. Because of this, it can take 2 days to process your return. We will then issue your refund. The time it takes will depend on how you paid for your order.
Refunds to credit or debit card
A refund issued to your credit or debit card takes up to 5 business days once we’ve processed your return in the warehouse.
Refunds to Gift Cards
If you paid for your item (either fully or partially) using a Sosandar gift card, the value paid on the gift card will be returned to the gift card for you to spend again. The balance should show on your gift card within 1 working day of your return being processed.
PayPal
A refund issued to your PayPal account takes up to 3 business days once we’ve processed your return at the warehouse.
Klarna
If you paid using Klarna, they will handle the refund process. This should take up to 5 business days once we’ve processed your return at the warehouse. If you didn’t pay anything yet, visit the Klarna Portal. Select your Sosandar order and confirm what you’ve returned. Klarna will temporarily pause your payment until the return has been processed and will send you a new invoice if you still have an open payment. If you receive a payment reminder while the return is in progress, please contact Klarna directly.
ClearPay
Refunds for Clearpay purchases will be refunded from Sosandar to Clearpay. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. When the refund is processed, any upcoming payments you have to Clearpay will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card you paid with. Please note that until the Sosandar has confirmed the receipt of your return goods, you will be liable to continue to make your payments to Clearpay.
